What we collect

• Account: name, email, phone number and a hashed password.
• Help requests: problem description, car make/model/year and plate (optional), address and — if you allow it — your GPS position.
• Ratings you give, and replies companies write.
• Companies: company name, contact details, area and services.

Who sees what

• Companies in your area see the problem, car type, address and your first name so they can make an offer.
• Only the company whose offer you accept sees your full name, phone number and plate.
• Public ratings show your first name only.

Why

To find you help, let the company reach you, show ratings, prevent abuse and run the service. We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.

How long

Requests and ratings are kept while your account exists. You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account); your requests and ratings are then deleted too. Accounting records may be kept as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and complain to your data protection authority. Write to support@autohelp.kpindicator.com.
