AutoHelp is a marketplace that connects car owners ("you") with independent auto help companies ("companies"). By using the website or app you accept these terms.

What AutoHelp does

• We pass your help request to companies that cover your area and the type of problem.
• Companies send offers. You decide which offer to accept. The agreement for the work is between you and the company.
• AutoHelp does not carry out repairs, towing or other work and is not responsible for the work a company does.

Car owners

• Describe the problem honestly and give a correct location and phone number.
• In an emergency or if anyone is hurt, call 112 first.
• You can cancel a request until the company is on the way. After that, call the company.
• Prices in offers are estimates. The final price is agreed with the company on site.
• Ratings must be about your own experience. We may hide ratings that are abusive or not about the job.

Companies

• You must hold the licences and insurance your work requires.
• Only send offers you can keep, and keep the customer updated in the app.
• New companies get a free trial. After that a monthly plan is needed to send offers. Plans can be cancelled monthly.
• We may suspend companies with repeated complaints, no-shows or fake reviews.

Liability

AutoHelp is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, AutoHelp is not liable for loss caused by a company's work, delays, or an offer that was not kept.
